Detail Pros Orlando Inc.

This company was hired to detail multiple cars in my apartment complex after an overspray incident and instead damaged nearly all of them. I finally received my check from their insurance after almost a year of waiting. The owner is very unprofessional and the staff are obviously not “detailing pros”. Avoid this place at all costs!! They have multiple “locations” on Google so avoid their other listings as well! These guys are NOT pros!! *UPDATE: The owner Thomas called me and texted me threatening to come to my home after the review*

Mr. Rodriguez and his team were awesome. They explained the services and prices to me patiently and in detail. They communicated very well about their eta and they were punctual. They did an exceptional job on the interior detailing of my husband’s 25 telluride work suv and it was pretty bad. They had it shining like it was brand new and carefully packed away the things that they thought we might still need. I’m thoroughly satisfied and will be rehiring them in the future. Although I’m sure the whole company does a great job, I’m probably going to try to get Mr. Rodriguez and his team again because they’re just top notch.

I have mixed feelings about this business after my car was damaged. I needed a last-minute car cleaning at the end of March. I called the Detail pros, and they were able to get it done that same day, which was nice. My car was spotless and sparkling on the inside and outside. They did a great job with the wax and clean, but they damaged my soft top. They clearly used a pressure washer with the wrong tip or held it too close to the top because now I have a permanent zig zagging line across the top of my car. I didn’t say Anything at the time because I was hoping it was lines of soap or something. A couple weeks later, and it’s clear at the top is damaged. I don’t believe there is a way to fix this without getting a whole new top, so I am quite distraught by it. I’d say the price was reasonable compared to other prices, but I’m not happy with the service, clearly.

Called the owner Thomas on Friday, made an appointment for the next Monday. He was super nice on the phone, and asked great questions. I told him the vehicle (Toyota Rav4) hadn't been cleaned in over 15 years, was nasty and disgusting (my spouses SUV... yep, I know,🥴) inside and is suppose to be gold color on the outside but was more black and green (algae, moss and mold) he laughed with me. I was assured they could get it back to looking brand new. He said they would text when on their way. Sunday evening he called to reconfirm. Great communication through the whole process. Monday, I received the text they were on their way. I was at work (I'm a household manager/nanny) and my boss was looking for a good mobile wash service, I told him how much and he asked if I could get them to service his Range Rover. I texted Thomas and asked if they'd have time, he said yes. Caleb and Nelson arrived from a previous cleaning they did that morning, they were super nice, knowledgeable, showed real passion for their work and took the time to really listen to what was wanted and needed. They explained their process thoroughly and got to work, and man did they work! They scrubbed every inch multip

My car looks and smells brand new. The inside was out of control. The young man who cleaned my vehicle took his time and did a great job! I’d recommend his work to anyone needing a car detailing. On top of great work the individual was respectful and easy to deal with. These guys definitely are worth every penny!!!
